The London Development Agency (LDA) has developed programmes to support investment in London to secure the businesses for the future.

The LDA has an Inward Investment and Business Growth programme, which promotes London as the world's most successful city for business growth and development.

Inward investment (foreign investment that enters the UK and London, typically in the form of factories and head offices) and business growth activity is co-ordinated by the LDA, and strategic direction is also provided.

Think London is the official foreign direct investment agency for London, supported by the LDA. It deals with the promotion of London for investment and the resulting management of foreign investors to set up and grow their businesses in the capital.
