Lord Coe visits London’s exhibition at the Shanghai Expo

On 2 June 2010, Lord Sebastian Coe, Chair of the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games (LOCOG) visited the Shanghai Expo to celebrate the promotion of UK and London at the world's biggest Expo event yesterday.

Lord Coe spent some time visiting the London exhibition, organised by the London Development Agency, which is housed in the Zed Pavilion in the Urban Best Practice Zone.

He demonstrated his support and commitment to the London exhibition via the VIP message board. Lord Coe said: "I am proud that sport has been in so many ways the catalyst for regeneration in east London and I'm delighted that this is reflected in London's offering for Expo 2010."
