AIG
Applied Information Group (AIG) is a multidisciplinary information design consultancy delivering projects in wayfinding, communication, interaction and product design

With offices in the UK, Canada and South Korea, AIG has created pedestrian and transport wayfinding schemes for cities including London, Vancouver, Dublin, Glasgow, Leeds and Brighton, with tools including street signs, transport infrastructure, printed maps, websites and mobile applications.
Other information environments designed by AIG include the UK Border immigration halls at ports and airports, and the group is currently working on destination projects at the University of British Columbia and Bluewater, Europe's number one retail and leisure destination.

Reasons for being an Expo sponsor
AIG's work on the Mayor of London's Legible London scheme has won numerous international awards, including the DBA Gold Design Effectiveness Award for Design in Society, showing that information for residents, business and visitors is becoming increasingly important for modern cities all over the world.
The benefits of AIG's Legible Cities approach for the environment, local business, the visitor economy, transport capacity and public health are attracting wide interest.
The Shanghai Expo will provide an opportunity to share experiences with others and showcase the success of Legible London.
As system designer of Legible London, AIG is delighted to sponsor the London exhibit at Shanghai Expo. London is an international meeting place and we are proud to be part of connecting with its visitors and partners from all over the world.
